What this website captures, how it is used, and what it does not do. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, self-assessed health level, tobacco status, coverage amount and term length. These inputs go to the carriers' quoting platform to return rates, and this website does not store them. You do not supply your name, address, phone or email just to see quotes. Identical repeated requests may be served from a brief cache to avoid repeated calls to the quoting service.

Applying

If you decide to apply, your answers are used to prefill the secure application from the carriers' platform, and you then follow that platform's own privacy rules. Applications are conducted by Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129).

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, how you want us to contact you, a topic, and your message. Messages are delivered by email to the agency; your email address appears as the reply-to address. This website retains no copy of messages, no submission database, and no record of message text. A quick anti-spam check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

Page views on this site are counted using cookieless measurement that is kept on this domain. No cookies or tracking identifiers are saved; your IP address is partially masked before storage; referring page parameters are stripped out; and raw logs are removed after ninety days. Browsers sending Do Not Track signals skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We do not buy, sell or share personal data; we do not run ad-tracking services; and we do not include third-party analytics. The only outside code on this site is the carriers' application platform itself, and that loads only if you navigate to the application page.
